About HOA Crimes
Who you will talk to, and what we do and do not do
Sally Rider, Compliance Advisor
Sally is the human advisor you speak with in your Strategy Session. She helps you understand your notices, organize your documents and timeline, and prepare your own next steps for your HOA situation.
Sally is not an attorney. She does not give legal advice or represent anyone, and she will tell you plainly when a situation is one where homeowners commonly turn to a licensed Florida attorney.
Joan, our AI assistant
Joan is an AI assistant, not a person. She answers our phone line and chat, answers general questions about how our service works, and books your session with Sally. Joan cannot give advice. Calls with Joan may be recorded, and she will tell you so at the start of a call.
What we do
- Explain your notices and the general rules in plain English.
- Help you organize your documents, evidence, and timeline.
- Provide general-purpose letters and worksheets that you review and send yourself.
- Point you to official sources, agencies, and attorney referral services.
What we do not do
- We are not a law firm, and we do not give legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship.
- We do not represent you, file anything for you, or promise any result.
- We are not a government agency and do not take official reports.
- We do not conduct investigations, surveillance, or background research on individuals.
