How our calls and text messages work, and how to stop them

Who sends the messages
HOA Complaints & Violations Center, LLC, doing business as HOA Crimes, sends calls and texts about your request, such as answering your questions, booking and confirming a Strategy Session, and sending follow-up information. Some messages and calls are sent by our AI assistant, Joan, and may use automated technology or an artificial voice. Messages may be sent on behalf of Sally Rider, our Compliance Advisor.
Your consent
By giving us your phone number on a form or a call and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive calls and texts from us at that number. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. We contact people between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in their local time.
Message frequency, cost, and how to stop
- Message frequency varies with your request.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You will get one confirmation and no further texts.
- Reply HELP for help, or email help@hoacrimes.com or call +1 (561) 878-0507.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Recording
Calls and chats with our team and our AI assistant may be recorded and transcribed. We tell you at the start of a call. If you do not consent to recording, tell us and we will not continue the call.
Your information
We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
